Eddi’s Wholesale understands the importance of seamless customer support, which is why we inventory our products in three strategic locations in Canada: Burnaby, British Columbia; Mississauga, Ontario; and Cambridge, Ontario. Our dedication to getting our customers what they need, when they need it, is reflected in our competitive freight rates, swift delivery times, and no‑hassle handling of returns.
Eddi's Wholesale Shipping Policy
To qualify for free shipping, the minimum order value excludes dangerous goods (DG), bulk products, and oversized items. Bulk products include containers and plastics such as nursery pots, buckets, reservoirs, black and white poly, and similar items, as well as growing mediums, soils, fertilizers, electrical supplies, and other large, low‑value products. Oversized products—including landscape fabric wider than 1.2 meters (4 feet)—are also excluded from free freight minimums. These items will be shipped with freight charges based on courier rates at the time of shipping and may vary depending on order quantity and delivery location. Dangerous goods are subject to additional charges. To confirm pricing on bulk or oversized items, please contact your Eddi’s representative.
Orders Below Minimum & Remote Locations
For orders below the prepaid minimum or outside city centres, Eddi's can arrange freight and apply the cost to your invoice (prepay and charge). Orders can also be picked up, or you can arrange for your own freight company to pick up the order. To find out if Eddi's will prepay freight to your location, contact your Eddi's representative.
Please note: All orders must be $400 or more to be processed.
Western and Central Canada - Minimum Order Amounts for Prepaid Freight

Additional charges—including wait time, re‑delivery, special handling, residential delivery, or other special services—will be billed separately on an additional invoice.

Bulk Products
Soils, fertilizers, growing mediums and other large low value items will be processed with freight charges that are dependant on courier frieght rates at the time of shipping. These items are not included towards your free freight minimums. The quantity ordered and shipping location will impact the price of the item. To confirm pricing on bulk items please contact your Eddi's representative.
Residential Addresses
Addresses deemed to be residential by Eddis carriers may be subject to a $75 surcharge. An agreement must be made prior to delivery including photos of access point(s) to possibly avoid this charge. This does not apply to customer arranged prepaid freight.

Pick Up Orders
Pick up orders must be a minimum of $400. Orders can be picked up between 9am and 4pm. A restocking fee may be charged if order can't be picked up on the scheduled/ requested day.
Tailgate Fee
$50.00 tailgate fee will be applied to your invoice.
Other Shipping Considerations
Restricted: Due to a number of different reasons, restricted products can’t be shipped to certain locations. These include but are not limited to export restrictions, provincial or state regulations, vendor agreement etc. If you are unsure whether the product is available in your area, please contact us. If you order a product not available to you, you will be notified prior to payment being processed.
Fragile: Fragile products are easily damaged during shipping and require special care and packaging to ensure that the product arrives undamaged.
Dangerous Goods: Dangerous goods can be harmful if handled improperly. This includes products that are poisonous, flammable or corrosive. Special care and packaging are needed to ensure the products don’t harm anyone during shipping.
Dimensional Weight: Products that use dimensional weight are usually very light in proportion to their volume. Therefore, shipping companies will use dimensional weight when providing estimates and actual cost of shipping for such products. In order to provide more accurate shipping cost estimates, dimensional weight rather than actual weight of the item has been shown on the webpage for your reference.
