To receive free shipping, your minimum order value excludes dangerous goods, containers and plastics (pots, buckets, reservoirs, black and white poly, etc.), grow mediums, and any electrical supplies. See below for more information on restricted, fragile, and dangerous goods. Call our customer service department or your Quality Horticulture sales associate to discuss your shipment requirements.

Tail Gate Fee: $50.00
Hand Unloading: $40 per hour
Waiting Fee: $75.00
Re-delivery Charge: $75.00
Appointment Charge: $25.00

Other Shipping Considerations

Restricted: Due to a number of different reasons, restricted products can’t be shipped to certain locations. These include but are not limited to export restrictions, provincial or state regulations, vendor agreement etc. If you are unsure whether the product is available in your area, please contact us. If you order a product not available to you, you will be notified prior to payment being processed.

Fragile: Fragile products are easily damaged during shipping and require special care and packaging to ensure that the product arrives undamaged. 

Dangerous Goods: Dangerous goods can be harmful if handled improperly. This includes products that are poisonous, flammable or corrosive. Special care and packaging are needed to ensure the products don’t harm anyone during shipping.

Dimensional Weight: Products that use dimensional weight are usually very light in proportion to their volume. Therefore, shipping companies will use dimensional weight when providing estimates and actual cost of shipping for such products. In order to provide more accurate shipping cost estimates, dimensional weight rather than actual weight of the item has been shown on the webpage for your reference.
