The AROYA TEROS ONE EC / VWC substrate sensor is an advanced sensor designed to provide precise and continuous data for substrate and root zone monitoring.

The sensor delivers highly accurate substrate electrical conductivity measurements using AROYA’s patented technology, offering data 10 times more precise than conventional designs, even in high-salinity environments. This precision helps optimize nutrient levels with confidence. Additionally, the TEROS ONE measures water content and volumetric water content, enabling effective irrigation management, minimizing nutrient leaching, and supporting consistent growth cycles.

Substrate temperature monitoring ensures optimal moisture intake, nutrient absorption, and plant growth by maintaining ideal root zone conditions. The sensor syncs readings to the AROYA platform every three minutes, providing continuous, reliable data around the clock for a comprehensive view of growing conditions.

Constructed for durability, the TEROS ONE features corrosion-resistant stainless steel needles, a rugged epoxy fill, and securely attached cables, ensuring longevity in demanding cultivation environments. Its space-saving design includes fewer sensor needles while offering greater functionality. Sharp needles allow for easy installation in any growing medium, supported by a stress-free calibration system that automatically adjusts to the selected substrate via the AROYA app.
