This brings everything together under a name many of our customers already know and trust while strengthening our ability to deliver industry leading support, deep expertise, and a robust product offering across the markets we serve.

Expanding Our Product Offering

We want to assure customers that you’ll continue to find the same trusted CEA, hydroponic, and horticulture supplies you rely on from Quality today, including key brands like Catchmaster, Chikamasa, Dosatron, Eazy Plug, Fluence, Gavita, General Hydroponics, Grodan, Lost Coast Plant Protector, MiiM, Mondi, and more.

This assortment will now expand to include lawn and garden supplies such as a broader range of nutrients, fertilizers, media, pest and animal control, as well as garden décor, planters, gardening and landscaping tools, lawn fertilizer and seed, and much more—giving you access to a wider range of solutions alongside the products and programs you already know and trust.

What’s Happening with the Website & Ordering Platform?

As we align under the Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies brand, our website and ordering platform will transition in stages, designed to be seamless for customers.

If you already have an active account on qualityhort.com, you can continue using it as usual. Your login details, account access, and ordering will remain unchanged.

Starting May 1st, visits to hydrofarm.ca will automatically redirect to qualityhort.com.

Coming soon, the site will transition to Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies branding, and the qualityhort.com URL will automatically redirect to eddiswholesale.com with no changes to how you log in or place orders.

 

Will Contact Information be Changing?

As part of this alignment, qualityhort.com email addresses will gradually transition to reflect the @eddiswholesale.com domain.

You may begin receiving emails from your usual contacts using an @eddiswholesale.com email address.

Automatic email forwarding will be in place, ensuring continuity and preventing any missed communication during the transition.

Phone numbers, contacts, and service channels will remain the same unless otherwise communicated.

What is the ownership and operating structure following the Hydrofarm Canada transition?

Quality Wholesale Ltd. (DBA Quality Horticulture) has acquired the distribution of Hydrofarm Canada and the Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies hydroponics and garden center product portfolio. As part of this transition, all business operations going forward will be conducted under Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies, a trusted legacy brand in the lawn and garden industry.

Do I need to submit a new account application if I already have an account with Hydrofarm Canada?

Yes. All existing Hydrofarm Canada customers are required to submit a new account application. You can complete the application quickly via Adobe Sign: Account Application, or, if you prefer to submit it manually, please contact us to request a fillable PDF.

 

Do existing Quality customers need to submit a new account application?

No action is required at this time.

In the future, all existing Quality customers will be required to complete an account application under our new operating name, Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies. We will provide clear instructions and ample notice when this step is required.

 

I submitted an account application. What happens next?

Thank you for submitting your account application. Our team is actively processing all applications that have been submitted through Adobe Sign or through one of our team members.

Once your application has been received, it enters our processing queue. During this time:

  • No additional action is required from you
  • You will not receive interim updates while your application is being processed

As soon as your account is complete, you will receive a welcome email that includes:

  • Confirmation that your account has been approved
  • Your website login credentials
  • Instructions on how to set your web password and access the site

Our team is working diligently to complete all applications ahead of the May 1 transition, and we appreciate your patience.

Which company name should we use for purchase orders and payments?

Our legal corporate entity is Quality Wholesale Ltd., operating as (DBA) Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies upon completion. 

For all customer-facing purposes, including ordering and billing, business will be conducted under Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies. All purchase orders should be submitted to Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies, and all payments should be addressed to Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies (effective April 30, 2026, upon completion of the acquisition.)

 

Which website will I use to place orders after the transition, and will I need new login credentials?

All ordering will transition from hydrofarm.ca to Quality’s ordering system, which will soon be hosted at eddiswholesale.com. The new site will offer a comprehensive selection of industry leading brands and products—everything you need, all in one place.

Once your account application is processed and we’re ready to go live, you will receive new login credentials along with instructions for accessing the new site.

All existing websites will automatically redirect to eddiswholesale.com once the new platform is live.

hydrofarm.ca + qualityhort.com → eddiswholesale.com

 

Why aren’t all products and SKUs available on the website yet?

Not all products and SKU details are live yet. Inventory is being transferred, and product data is being added in phases, so products will appear as they become available.

Please be advised: Some products have been discontinued as part of our assortment optimization, allowing us to focus on a more streamlined, high quality product offering.

The full catalog will be available by May 1, 2026, when the transition is complete.

 

Can I place orders before May 1?

Yes, in certain cases.

If your account has been approved, you have website access, and the product you’re looking for is live on the website with pricing and inventory available, you will be able to place orders before May 1.

Orders will be processed as products become available on the site, as inventory and product data continue to be added.

If the product you need is not yet visible, or if you have an urgent order inquiry, our Inside Sales team is happy to review your request and determine whether expediting is possible. Please contact us.

 

Will item codes/SKUs change in the new ordering system, and what do I need to do?

Yes—all Hydrofarm/Eddi's SKUs will be transitioning to new item codes in Quality’s SKU format and unified under Eddi’s SKU catalog. 

To support a smooth transition, all legacy Hydrofarm/Eddi's item codes will remain searchable on the website and can continue to be used on purchase orders during the transition period.

At a later stage, we will share the new SKU information and ask that purchase orders be submitted using the new item codes. At this time, no action is required on your end.

 

When will I start ordering from Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies (Quality)?

The transition from Hydrofarm Canada to Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies (Quality) will take place in phases. Key dates are outlined below:

 

Hydrofarm Canada – Order Processing & Shipping

Final day Hydrofarm processes new sales orders:

    • April 8, 2026 (West)
    • April 17, 2026 (East)

Hydrofarm will continue to accept new sales orders until April 30, 2026.

Any orders placed after April 8 (West) or after April 17 (East) will be fulfilled and shipped by Eddi’s Wholesale (Quality) by May 4, 2026. If we’re able to ship sooner, we will.

Final day of outbound shipping from Hydrofarm Canada:

    • April 15, 2026 (West)
    • April 24, 2026 (East)

Exception: Booking orders will continue to ship from Hydrofarm after these dates.

 

Eddi’s Wholesale (Quality) – Ordering & Shipping Begins

Eddi’s Wholesale (Quality) begins processing open orders and accepting new sales orders:

    • May 1, 2026

Orders can be placed by contacting the Eddi’s Order Desk, reaching out to the Eddi’s Sales Team, or directly through your Sales Representative. Once ordering is available, Order Desk and Help Desk contact information will be provided via email update.

First day of outbound shipping from Eddi’s Wholesale (Quality):

    • May 4, 2026

 

Who should I contact about orders that have already been processed or shipped by Hydrofarm?

If an order has already been processed or shipped by Hydrofarm, all related inquiries—including invoicing, shipping, or claims—must be addressed with Hydrofarm.

 

When will I be assigned my new Account Manager?

You will be assigned a dedicated account representative in the near future, and we’ll share those details as soon as they’re ready.

In the meantime, please direct all order inquiries, product questions, and transition related support needs to your existing Hydrofarm Account Manager or to our Inside Sales and Customer Service team at Quality headquarters: contact us or call 1-604-321-5858.

 

If I have back orders, will they be canceled or transferred to Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies (Quality)?

Back orders will not be canceled unless products become unavailable. Once the transition is complete, all open orders will be transferred to and fulfilled by Eddi’s Wholesale Garden Supplies (Quality).

Outbound shipping from Eddi’s Wholesale (Quality) begins May 4, 2026.

 

Will my pricing, programs, and freight terms remain the same?

In the near term, there will be no changes to your current pricing, programs, or freight terms.

Should any changes occur in the future, we will ensure you receive sufficient advance notice and clear communication.

 

Will there be any changes to the current product portfolio?

As part of the ongoing transition, our product offering has been optimized, and some items may be discontinued as a result. Our commitment remains focused on delivering a high‑quality, streamlined assortment that best meets our customers’ needs.
