Hydro-Logic® Chlorashield membranes remove 100% of chloramine and are great for city water. Rated at 1 GPM down to 1 micron. They are made in the USA and have a low pressure drop combined with exceptionally high dirt holding capacity. HGC728772 is for Evolution-RO systems (20 in x 2.5 in) and should be replaced after 2,500 gallons. HGC741668 is for TallBoy systems (20 in x 2.75 in) and should be replaced after 6,000 gallons. HGC741640 is for PreEvolution systems (10 in x 4.5 in) and should be replaced after 7,500 gallons. HGC741700 is for smallBoy/Stealth-RO systems (9.75 in x 2.75 in) and should be replaced after 1,500 gallons when used with Stealth-RO systems and 3,000 gallons when used in smallBoy systems.

Stealth RO100/200, Stealth RO150/300 and microRO-75 membranes reduces 98%+ of total dissolved solids. The Evolution RO1000 and Merlin Garden Pro systems need two (2) membranes. For all membranes, RO output depends on the source water temperature. At 77°, the system should produce 100% of the rated output. As the temperature drops or increases, so does the output.

Green Coconut Carbon Filters are the carbon block pre-filter that will reduce chlorine, organic chemicals, mercury, lead, PBCs, sulfur and heavy metals. #741604 is 20 in x 4.5 in. #728845 is 20 in x 2.5 in. #741646 is 10 in x 2.5 in. #741656 is 20 in x 2.75 in.

The pleated sediment filters are cleaned by rinsing regularly with a hose. The filters reduces silt, rust, dirt, sand and sediment. Change filters every 6 months. #741654 is 10 in x 2.5 in. #741642 is 10 in x 4.5 in. #741606 is 20 in x 4.5 in.

Hydro-Logic® KDF/Catalytic Carbon Upgrade Filters are advanced carbon block pre-filters effective in capturing water-soluble metals, chlorine, chloramines and scale. The carbon media is more porous than coco carbon providing a wider range of filtration.

Replacement should be performed when inlet pressure and outlet pressure difference is greater than 10%. NOTE: Systems come standard with Hydro-Logic® Green Coconut Carbon Filters but Hydro-Logic® KDF/Catalytic Carbon Filters are an upgrade option.
