Replacement should be performed when inlet pressure and outlet pressure difference is greater than 10%. NOTE: Systems come standard with Hydro-Logic® Green Coconut Carbon Filters but Hydro-Logic® KDF/Catalytic Carbon Filters are an upgrade option.

Periodic membrane cleanings should be performed for consistant operating results. HyperLogic Anti-Scalant Concentrate is a broad spectrum anti-scalant for use with our Commercial, Industrial and Heavy-Industrial RO systems to help inhibit the formation of Calcium Carbonate scale build-up. When used in conjunction with our HyperLogic Chemical Injector Systems, this anti-scalant helps to prolong membrane life and is a cost effective alternative to water softeners. Additionally, the use of a Chemical Injector over a Softener reduces system down and time & drain to waste caused by the Softener regeneration process. Please refer to your HyperLogic Owners Manual for proper dilution and injection ratio. This product MUST be diluted prior to use. Product must be stored in a temperature controlled environment away from direct sunlight. Once opened, product should be used within 1-year. HyperLogic 2.5" x 20" 5 Micron, Melt-Blown Polypropylene, Ultra-Fine Sediment Filters remove silt, rust, dirt and other assorted suspended solids from the water. Commonly used in our Industrial & Heavy-Industrial Series RO systems, located in the stainless steel housing prior the RO, they offer OEM level protection to costly equipment such as the RO pump and help extend the life of RO membranes. HyperLogic Acid (low Ph) Membrane Cleaning Powder is formulated to help remove Calcium Carbonate, Hardness, Iron and mineral scale build-up from our Industrial and Heavy-Industrial Series RO membranes. With a regiment of regular membrane cleaning, membrane life, Permeate production and optimal salt rejection can be achieved. Membrane cleaning procedure should be performed as part of your sites SOP (standard operating procedure) for the HyperLogic systems. Other indicators include RO exhibiting lower Permeate flow or lower salt rejection than normal.
