Replace membranes when product water decreases and/or ppm increase. Merlin Garden Pro and Evolution RO1000 membranes reduce 94%+ of total dissolved solids. Stealth RO100/200, Stealth RO150/300 and microRO-75 membranes reduces 98%+ of total dissolved solids. The Evolution RO1000 and Merlin Garden Pro systems need two (2) membranes. For all membranes, RO output depends on the source water temperature. At 77°, the system should produce 100% of the rated output. As the temperature drops or increases, so does the output.

Hydro-Logic® Chlorashield membranes remove 100% of chloramine and are great for city water. Rated at 1 GPM down to 1 micron. They are made in the USA and have a low pressure drop combined with exceptionally high dirt holding capacity. HGC728772 is for Evolution-RO systems (20 in x 2.5 in) and should be replaced after 2 500 gallons. HGC741668 is for TallBoy systems (20 in x 2.75 in) and should be replaced after 6 000 gallons. HGC741640 is for PreEvolution systems (10 in x 4.5 in) and should be replaced after 7 500 gallons. HGC741700 is for smallBoy/Stealth-RO systems (9.75 in x 2.75 in) and should be replaced after 1 500 gallons when used with Stealth-RO systems and 3 000 gallons when used in smallBoy systems.

General Hydroponics® Pro pH adjusters are based on completely different technology than our traditional smaller sized adjusters offering. New non-mineral based acids and bases will not add nutrient value like the use of phosphoric acid or potassium hydroxide. They are safer to use as well as compared to mineral based adjusters.
